How to pay online

What you pay for

Online payment is available for a consultation — in person or remote — that you booked via treeclinic.am. The amount is fixed at booking according to the clinic price list and is shown on your booking page and in the confirmation email.

Payment currency is AMD (Armenian dram).

How to pay

1. Book an appointment using the form on the website.
2. Open the link from the confirmation email or your booking page.
3. Tap the pay button — a secure ConverseBank payment page opens.
4. Enter your card details on the bank page. The bank may ask for 3-D Secure confirmation.
5. After a successful payment, return to the site: the payment status updates to “Paid”.

Card details are not entered on the clinic website and are not stored by us.

When funds are charged

Funds are charged when the bank confirms a successful payment (after 3-D Secure, if requested).

Receipt / payment confirmation

You can open and print the electronic receipt (or save it as PDF via the browser print dialog) on your booking page while the booking is not cancelled and the payment status is “Paid”.

Cards and logos

We accept ArCa, Visa and Mastercard. Payment-system logos appear in the site footer, on the booking page, and on this page.
